Our Heavy Duty conversion kits bring you premium xenon lighting at a fraction of the cost of OEM systems. We carry some of the most advanced HID lighting upgrades available today and years of expertise in the Automotive HID industry. We continue to bring you the finest HID equipment using carefully selected components from the best lighting manufacturers worldwide. Every effort has been made to ensure each product uses correct specification to OEM halogen bulbs.
Using state of the art equipment, each HID capsule is laser calibrated for a highly accurate beam pattern that matches halogens, but much brighter! Our waterproof ballasts use real-time monitoring systems to continuously check bulb condition, input voltage and adjusts the output to ensure top quality performance and long term reliability. |

KELVIN OPTIONS: |
 |
Kelvin (color) available options in stock range from 3000K-20,000K on most bulb types. Please keep in mind, the higher the color rating, less light output is achieved. 4300K is the standard OEM color found in factory HID systems, and is mostly white with a touch of yellow.
Many people are looking for that 'blue-purplish' look of HID. This can be deceiving as the optics in lighting systems designed for HID usually use projectors. The color effect often seen on factory HID systems is due to the reaction of the xenon arc produced inside the HID capsule. This blue-purple effect is magnified at certain angles by the projector lens and it is common to see the colors. Colors are achieved by adding a special ingredient to tint the light to get the desired color effect.
The higher kelvin output results in less light output and added strain to the human eye. 4300K is highly recommended, but we many have options available for people looking for a color to match their taste! |

BALLAST OPTIONS:
|
|
Xtreme Slim Ballast (XP-B01):
All kits now come standard with the Xtreme Slim ballasts. They have proven to be great quality in a super compact design. Excellent for applications where space is at a premium. The cables are longer than standard ballasts allowing greater flexibility during installation.

|
50W Ballast (XP-B02): This is the thick ballast with a little additional kick to get the maximum lumen output from your HID kit. Upgrading to these will increase light output by about 20%, but can also reduce the bulb lifespan slightly. Dimensions: 3.5" X 3" X 1.25"
Total Weight: 1.00lb Total cable length: 16"
Power: 9-16V, 50W, 5A(±1.0A) Waterproof
Warranty: 12 months |
|
HD Ballast (XP-B03): The HD digital ballast system is made to last for the life of the vehicle. Rugged design for Heavy Duty applications for users who demand the best equipment available Dimensions: 2.75" X 2.75" X 1.25" plus a small ignitor 2" X 1.25" X 1"
Total Weight: 1.11lbs Total cable length: 55"
Power: 9-16V, 35W, 3.5A(±0.3A)
Waterproof
Warranty: 12 months |
|
Canbus Ballast (XP-B04): Many of today's vehicles and motorcycles use sophisticated computer systems that monitor every function of the vehicle including the headlight circuit. In some vehicles the OBC (on board computer) may indicate a lamp out signal when installing a HID conversion. The Canbus ballast has an special integrated circuit designed to resolve this issue without the need for modifying any part of the kit or your vehicle's wiring, just plug and play! Most vehicles will not require this ballast. Dimensions: 2.75" X 2.5" X 0.55" plus a small ignitor
Total Weight: 0.58lb
Total cable length: 22"
Power: 9-16V, 35W, 3.5A(±0.3A)
Waterproof
Warranty: 12 months |

RELAY KIT |
| HID Relay kits are used to eliminate the possibility of over-rating the factory wiring due to higher start-up current from HID's. During start-up (for a few seconds) the ballast consume slightly more power than halogen to get the xenon gas excited inside the bulb. About 5A for the slim, and 8A for the 50W ballast. After that they draw less than regular stock bulbs at about 3.2A for the slim and 5A for the 50W. This harness will provide an additional layer of protection to your vehicle or motorcycle by drawing power directly from the battery when you turn on your lights. It may also resolve other issue associated with HID's on some vehicles such as flickering, low voltage caused by DRL's (day time running lights), or only one light turning on at start up. With motorcycle's that only a have small amount of power available, the relay cable can ensure your drawing power direct from the source so that the HID will fire up every time. Relay cables are not included in single beam systems but are available as an option. It is recommended but not required. Our Dual beam systems have a special relay harness included as part of the kit and do not require this option. |
